This is a guy who genuinely gives a crap about you and your success, both in business, and personally. The direction that came from my time with Bertie was somewhat of a god send. For a while I've felt a little overwhelmed in business, not really knowing what my true focus should be. Bertie has given me the kick up the arse, ideas, and clarity I so needed.

There's plenty of consultants / coaches / mentors out there peddling the same basic guidance and unwilling to challenge their clients. I found Bertie not only came up with some genuinely different and useful perspectives on doing things (both strategic and down in the detail) and didn't shirk from pointing out areas that needed to be improved or changed, even if it contradicted our own views. Someone to be honest about what needs fixing and creative about how to fix it.
The points Bertie takes us through are very relevant, cutting the crap out of your day to day and focussing in on the KPI metrics which matter. Oh and we have a good laugh whilst learning!
