Sessions remain confidential between coach and employee

Billing: Monthly recurring via card or invoice
Commitment: No minimum term - cancel anytime with 30 days notice

Flexibility: Need to reschedule? No problem with reasonable notice
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we do sessions by phone instead of video?
Yes, we can arrange phone-only sessions if preferred, though video is recommended for the main coaching sessions to build stronger rapport.
What happens if I'm late or need to reschedule?
Your time slot is protected for you. If you need to reschedule, just give reasonable notice and we'll find an alternative time. Late arrivals simply mean a shorter session.
Can sessions be in-person?
Absolutely! In-person sessions can be held at the NotLuck offices in Nottingham at no extra charge.
What if I want to upgrade from Essential to Growth?
You can upgrade anytime. We'll pro-rata the difference for the current month.
How does WhatsApp support work?
You'll have direct WhatsApp access to ask questions, share wins, or get quick guidance between sessions. Not for emergencies, but for ongoing support and accountability.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes! Many employers fund coaching for key team members. We can invoice your company and provide appropriate reporting whilst maintaining session confidentiality.
What topics can we cover?
Anything related to business, leadership, management, strategy, decision-making, work challenges, professional development, and growth. This is your time.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum term. You can cancel with 30 days notice. However, coaching works best with commitment - most clients stay for 6-12 months minimum.
What if we don't 'click' after the discovery call?
That's exactly why we offer a free discovery call - to make sure there's a good fit before any commitment. If it's not right, we'll be honest.
